How do I activate my ALDI Mobile SIM card?
You can activate your SIM card online through our website or via the ALDI Mobile app. You will need your SIM kit, a valid form of identification, and about 5 to 10 minutes to complete the registration process.
What networks does ALDI Mobile use for coverage?
ALDI Mobile uses parts of Telstra’s 4G and 5G mobile networks. This provides our customers with reliable, high-speed coverage reaching over 98% of the population.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, you can port your existing mobile number to ALDI Mobile. During the activation process, simply select the option to transfer your current number. Ensure your service with your previous provider remains active until the transfer is complete.
What is your return policy for mobile handsets and hardware?
We offer a 60-day return policy for hardware purchased through our store, provided the item is in its original packaging and condition. Please note that SIM starter packs are non-refundable once the packaging has been opened.
Do your plans include international roaming?
International roaming is available as an optional add-on for most of our plans. You can enable roaming and purchase roaming credit through your account dashboard before traveling abroad.
How long does shipping take for hardware orders?
Orders for SIM cards and mobile handsets are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the country.
