At ALDI Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device or SIM kit is faulty or does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee and consumer law.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all included accessories and that you have your proof of purchase or order confirmation.

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer service team via our online portal or helpline to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the electronics to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.

  • 4.
    Drop Off or Post

    Send your return via a tracked postage service to our processing center; once received, we will inspect the device and process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
